This mod removes regional restrictions on the purchase of equipment, and also makes all tuning available from the 1st level of the character.

Installation: Archive contents unlock_all.rar (6 folders), put with replacement in the archive initial.pack -> [media] -> classes.

Explore Spark Island, a volcanic island somewhere in the North Atlantic. The uninhabited island was created and shaped by an active volcano at its center. The terrain is rugged and dangerous, and the island's explorers desperately need your driving skills to distribute important supplies to various bases and camps, maintain experiments, and build infrastructure.
