The modification adds new bus configurations for the Gavril H-Series.

This mod adds a new configuration for Gavril H-Series - Minibus with openable doors.

- Added speed limit support. Displayed on the GPS tab. Can be displayed in both ETS 2 and ATS styles. If you exceed the speed limit, the numbers will start to appear in red. Everything is configurable.
Navigation system rework modification to make it as similar as possible to the Route Advisor system from ETS 2 and ATS.
