The real name of the car is Toyota Land Cruiser Troop Carrier J78 (1990). The original model is taken from TurboSquid. It has:

Copy all files from the archive and replace them along the path: /SnowRunner/en_us/preload/paks/client/initial.pak (open with any archiver) / [media] / classes / trucks / cargo

Now winches can be used even if the engine is not started. In addition, the winches have become longer.
