SnowModsFree.exe is a program for manually installing mods. Its very easy to use!

1. Write ID and name of the mod, and click the "Create a folder for the mod" button;
2. Copy the mod files (*.pak and pc.pak) to the created folder;
3. Done! Now, with the Internet turned off, in the game menu "View modifications" you can enable the mod.
