In the game options, enable voice navigation (switch the speed warning to VOICE)

Recommendations:
For agency orders (not on your own truck), turn on voice navigation and work.
On your own truck, turn it on after you have taken the cargo, the intro screen has passed (or skipped with esc), and only then enable navigation in the options; after unloading, turn it off.


To the uploader, for the future: there is no word "Oversize" in Russian, even Google knows how to translate this word into the great and mighty language, although Google is not the best translator. SZM Addon is a free public mod project for the game ETS2, working in conjunction with the RusMap and Southern Region maps.
The project features several districts of the Leningrad region, as well as settlements such as Tikhvin, Alekhovshchina, Vinnitsy, Boksitogorsk, Pikalevo.
The project is integrated into RusMap via exits in the area of Novaya Ladoga, Lodeynoye Pole.
