The mod increases the document check time at checkpoint roadblocks. Specifically, the document check takes about 5 minutes of real time for all traffic, including your own! It also increases the refueling time for all vehicle traffic: approximately 2-4 minutes for light traffic and 3-6 minutes for heavy traffic in real time, APPROXIMATELY!!!! THIS HAS NOT BEEN TESTED WITH OTHER TRAFFIC DENSITY MODS; if you have such mods, install this one above them. Anything related to traffic lights, such as increased timing, etc., will be overridden by this mod because all traffic light settings are in the same file!!!!
