Mercedes-Benz C-Class (orig. Ger. C-Klasse) is a series of compact executive cars from the German automobile manufacturer Mercedes-Benz, which debuted in 1993. It is a development of the Mercedes-Benz 190 model. Before the introduction of the A-Class in 1997, the series represented the smallest cars both in size and classification within the Mercedes-Benz hierarchy. The C-Class includes four generations: the W202, introduced in 1992; the W203, which rolled off the production line on July 18, 2000; the W204, produced from 2007; and the W205, which debuted in 2014 and is still in production.
