All Radio Record stations with the addition of dance and retro disco Russian and Ukrainian stations.
Drop the live_streams file into the Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder located in the "My Documents" folder, and agree to replace it.
An internet connection is required for it to work.
Turn on the radio itself in the "Music" section in the game.
Tested on version 1.39, but works on earlier versions as well.
