Starting with game version 1.39, SCS has strictly enforced the binding of trucks and trailers to the countries where they were purchased.
Therefore, the binding had to be redone.
Unfortunately, if you take agency orders or trailers from direct transports, license plates are given by default as if the mod does not exist at all. Hopefully, we will figure it out.

You can buy a truck/trailer in any country and get a random license plate from all countries on the ETS2 map by default.
In multiplayer, there may be an issue with missing coats of arms in some regions of Austria and cantons of Switzerland (this is an oversight by SCS).
