This building is located on the site of the car dealership on the highway in the old town.
The mod includes:
- The building itself
- Store components (carts, cart spaces, bike parking, bollards, parking signs, parking space markings, curbs, no-entry signs)
- Parked cars, which, in addition to those always parked there (Mercedes), include 16 unique cars scattered around the parking lot (including two trucks parked at the back of the store)

The building itself partially replicates the car dealership building, so there is partial collision. There is no collision for the cars.

The nine-furrow semi-mounted plow PTK-9-35 is designed for plowing soils for grain and industrial crops that are free of stones, flagstones, and other inclusions. It is compatible with K-700, K-700A, and K-701 tractors.
