Unofficial (non-author) update of RusMap v1.8.1 for the Baltic DLC


Fix correcting road signs for players using only Russian maps.
Additionally, a bug with invisible obstacles has been fixed.
Can also be used together with ProMods. Compatible with ProMods 2.43 on 1.36

For compatibility with ProMods 2.42 1.35 or ProMods 2.43 1.36 use the updated ProMods + RusMap Road Connection fix
