Adds a winch that can be used for off-road purposes. Usage:

1. Press T to activate the free-draw (coil) mode;
2. Hold CTRL and pull the winch;
3. Drag the hook behind the stone/other object;
4. Use the "Attach hook" trigger, or press the center mouse button (MCM) to fix the winch;
5. Press Y to drag.
