VivaMexico Map Update version 0.0.3 for American Truck Simulator (v1.36.x)

This update adapts the Viva Mexico v2.5.2 map for American Truck Simulator v1.36.1.3s or higher.
It fixes many unfinished elements of the map, objects, and roads, corrects models in cities, landscapes, soil, vegetation, and water material levels. Several roads have been reconstructed, road intersection "prefabs" added or replaced (for proper road connections), asphalt and road markings changed. New objects have been added; checkpoints, road interchanges, bridges, parking lots, refueling and repair spots, fences, signs, power poles, and other minor visual effects.
New additions and changes concern the Mexican states of Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora, and part of Sinaloa.
- Fixed entries in the traffic.dlc_oversize.sii files (however, the same error exists in the Mexico Extremo v2.1.11 mod).
- Fixed water material level "Maximum water level count (3) exceeded!" across the entire map.
- Added or reconstructed objects and roads:
Highway Hwy 2D (Tijuana-Mexicali) - new road interchange; toll booths "Caseta Rumorosa", "Plaza de Cobro La Rumorosa"; repair spots, parking, refueling.
Highway Hwy 2 (Mexicali-Sonoyta) - bridge over the canal; toll booth "Caseta de Cobro Puente Rio Colorado"; refueling stations in San Luis Rio Colorado;
vehicle inspection point "Reten Militar San Luis Rio Colorado", parking, repair; parking "Cesars Truck Stop"; truck repair spot "Llantera y refacciones km13".
Highway Hwy 2 (Sonoyta-Caborca) - border checkpoint "Aduana de Sonoyta", parking lots.
Highway Hwy 15 (Santa Ana-Hermosillo) - military base "Revision Militar", parking, refueling; bridge; toll booth "CAPUFE Plaza de Cobro – No.152 Hermosillo", refueling stations, parking.
Highways Hwy 15, Hwy 117 (CD.Obregon-Yecora-Los Mochis) - replaced road intersection; refueling stations, parking in Los Mochis.
Highways Hwy 3, Hwy 5 (Ensenada-Mexicali-San Felipe) - toll booth "Caseta de Cobro"; new road interchange.
Highway Hwy 1 (Punta Prieta-Guerrero Negro) - sanitary inspection "Pvi Guerrero Negro"; (Guerrero Negro-Bahia Tortugas-Santa Rosalia) reconstructed interchange in El Marasal, parking, refueling, repair.
Highway Punta Abreojos-Santa Rosalia - reconstructed interchange.
Highway US Aqua Prieta-Sierra Vista - road reconstruction.
- Numerous minor fixes and additions, too many to list.
New objects and their names are taken from Google Maps, similarity and scale of buildings approximate to the original objects.
