The mod shortens the mirror mounts so you can look without rotating the camera.
The mod is standalone.
It also works with the ETS2 version of Mack Anthem by SCS.

The desired effect will not happen automatically. You need to visit one of the service stations and purchase the variant you like best. For each variant, there are 4 options available (plastic, paint, paint with dog, chrome):
Stock / Closer / Even Closer / Closest
You can find them in the "Main Mirrors" category. I recommend doing this from inside so you immediately notice the change.
