Description

This mod adds the CAT C15 ACERT engine and sounds with a straight-through muffler for SCS trucks and mod trucks.

Features:

- CAT C15 ACERT engine 435-625 hp with a straight-through muffler;
- Realistic turbocharger behavior;
- Realistic intake behavior;
- Custom sound attenuation;
- Custom sound orientation for realistic sound from different angles;
- New improved exhaust distortion for a realistic exhaust tone (depends on throttle input, RPM, intake pressure, and works together with noise suppression).

Version 2.0 for American Truck Simulator (v1.46.x):

- Almost the entire mod has been rebuilt;
- Maximum volume adjustment to reduce the likelihood of sound cutting out and prevent excessively loud sound;
- Added idle and engine brake sounds.
