Snowy version of this mod compatible with Frosty Winter Weather Mod

Version 1.1.3 for American Truck Simulator (v1.47.x, 1.48.x):

- Added solar panels;
- Replaced the shed model;
- Adjusted some materials;
- Fixed several visual bugs.
