Project East West Idaho & Wyoming version 0.4.7.2 for American Truck Simulator (v1.36.x, 1.37.x)

The Northwest Project will develop in the northwestern USA, first adding Idaho, then Montana. After that, it is planned to map the Dakotas or Wyoming, which are unlikely to be created by SCS in the near future. Although this is a distant future.

Now this map is compatible with the separate map Montana Expansion, not C2C.

Requirements:
- ATS 1.36
- All map DLCs (Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Utah)
- Map compatible with DX11.

Make sure the priorities are set as shown

- Fixes in the city of Boise and its area:
Removed dynamic road signs; speed limit is now 65 mph on I-84.
