This mod is a standalone set of mudflaps for the Volvo VNL, which you can customize to whatever you like.
It gives you full control over the mudflap you want.

Look for the engine you choose in the shop to get the desired sound.

New gearboxes include 6, 12, 15, 16, and 18-speed models.
Some models include multiple reverse positions as well as several retarder positions.
You just need to read the mod description or check in the shop before purchasing.
