- The old town is completely removed and rebuilt;
- New roads and intersections;
- New signs, buildings, vegetation;
- New companies;
- Rebuilt and improved roads M60, M6, Road 6.

Not compatible with Project Balkans. Requires Promods 2.67 to work.
