Top Small Gameplay Mods for FS 19

There are quite a lot of gameplay features in Farming Simulator 19. The player has a huge number of opportunities and activities, all of which are expanded with DLCs released by the developers (like the “Precision Farming” expansion), as well as mods. Here is our selection of cool, relatively new, and small gameplay mods that will improve existing features in the game and add new ones!

Keep in mind that this selection is the author’s subjective opinion. There’s no point in arguing over someone else’s opinion; instead, feel free to write in the comments which mods you would personally add to this list. And we begin!

Inside Camera Zoom

Let’s start with a small but useful script called Inside Camera Zoom. The name already makes it clear what this mod does. When you are driving vehicles (cars, tractors, etc.), you will have the ability to zoom the camera in or out to see something important. At any moment, you can reset the settings to default simply by pressing the right mouse button. Fast, convenient, simple! 

Supply & Transport Contracts

This is a recently released mod that adds a new gameplay feature and a nice way to earn money. You can take contracts from your neighbors who, for some reason, failed to complete them. Your goal is to fulfill their contract, but once you agree, you must complete it within the timer.

You will be well rewarded for all this and receive the full contract price. However, you need to take resources from your own stock. 

Sell Price Trigger

Want to get the maximum profit from your farm and sell your harvest only at the highest price? Great, then you’ll like the Sell Price Trigger script. Thanks to this simple script, you can monitor the price growth of certain crops, harvests, and resources. If the price reaches the level you set as your selling price, you get a notification. Consequently, you have the opportunity to sell at the most favorable prices and get the maximum profit for your work. 

Easy Autoload

A small but quite useful script that adds convenient autoloading for trucks and trailers. However, for it to work on some vehicles, the authors of those mods need to add support for Easy Autoload if you prefer vehicles and trailers from mods. No extra features. 

LumberJack

This mod is aimed at improving the use of chainsaws. If you prefer to use chainsaws instead of other machinery but feel that this tool is not well developed in the game, you will like LumberJack.

Now, with a chainsaw, you can remove stumps or completely cut down a tree to the base. Additionally, a proper “aim” for the chainsaw has been added, and the tool itself works twice as fast. You can cut trees even where it was previously not allowed (i.e., if the territory is not yours). 

There are other minor features of the mod that you will learn about on the download page. One thing is certain – with this mod, the chainsaw will work much better. 

SprayerSectionControl

If you often use sprayers and encounter situations where the full working width is not needed, this script will come in handy because it allows you to limit certain sections, using only the part of the working width you require. That is, if the working width is 12 meters, you can limit it to 6 meters or change it to another value.

It works very simply and clearly; sections are divided into 3 colors: red, orange, and green, and you control the sections by these colors: green means the section is fully active, and red completely disables the section. Other details are on the download page.

Drive distance counter (Drive Distance Display)

Have you ever wanted to see how far you’ve driven in Farming Simulator 19? This is a small script that adds a working odometer to your game. It works for all vehicles. There are two usage options:

- The daily odometer resets every game day and shows how far you’ve driven during that time;

- The total odometer shows the total distance you have driven and does not reset over time.

Enhanced Fruit Destruction

This script for Farming Simulator 19 works very simply and clearly, adding a small gameplay feature – stubble removal. Now you just need to drive over the area using any vehicle, and the stubble will automatically disappear. 

Placeable Sell Points

The name makes it clear what this mod does in FS19. After installation, you will have the ability to place individual sell points. The biggest advantage is the ability to place sell points anywhere, even on territories that do not belong to you. However, keep in mind that these sell points are neutral, so you should not expect any additional profit. 

There is another nuance. These sell points are suitable for standard crops, and if you want to sell additional crops there, you will have to configure everything yourself.  

Advanced Stats

Do you like to keep statistics of various actions and want the same feature in FS19? Advanced Stats adds new trackable data that you can view. For example, you can learn statistics about the distance traveled, fuel used, hectares worked and harvested, and other data. All this is displayed in a convenient menu that opens with ALT + T. Sleep Anywhere

Modders add farmhouses with sleep triggers to allow convenient sleeping, but author Ian898 went even further by simply making a script that allows your character to sleep absolutely anywhere – just standing on their feet. 

Vehicle Maintenance

Vehicle Maintenance is a script that will make you take better care of your vehicles. Now you will have to constantly service your tractors and other vehicles (by default, every 30 hours of engine operation). If you postpone maintenance, you will face problems because the vehicle’s efficiency will significantly drop, making your work harder. 

Timber Trailer Info

A useful script if you often transport wood. The mod adds additional information about the logs you are carrying in your trailer. Thus, you can see the total quantity, volume, and weight.
