Hobbs Farm 19 is an American map that is too simple and practically empty; it resembles the FS13 Westbridge Hills map.

Royalton is probably one of the largest maps in America with several realistic farms and a good CASE dealer.

The map includes:

- Main crops + alfalfa. For now, it can only be linked to the silo pit; you cannot make bales from it;
- Manure – you can buy manure there if you don’t have cows, and if you have a lot of manure, you can transport it there and then load it via the loading conveyor;
- Airport – buy all fertilizers and sprays here;
- Haystack;
- You can get water from the pond for free, and from the reservoir for a large fee;
- Cows, sheep, horses;
- Empty fenced land, on which you can build whatever you consider appropriate upon purchase, so if you want a sawmill, pigsty, BGA, etc., you can add it here.

To display, you will need 3 additional placeable mods, which are part of the RAR file:

So after downloading, unpack the file and put everything inside into your mods folder. The map was tested only in single-player mode and with base machines. The log shows 1 warning about agricultural fields but no errors. If possible, I will add support for seasons and missions.
