Converter and FS19 modifications author: Gwailo

- Power: 83 kW / 113 hp;
- Added speed: 100 km/h;
- Includes Simple IC. Opens doors;
- Functional lighting. Replaced fog lights with headlights;
- Added grille inside the cabin and on the rear doors;
- Added seats inside the cabin;
- Added Police officers and Prisoners, selectable with or without them;
- Added Universal Passenger for 6 players;
- Added loudspeaker announcing "Stop the vehicle, pull over to the roadside";
