- Seasons mod supported.
- 48 fields ranging in size from 0.146 ha to 25.095 ha.
- 9 different transport missions with 25 possible transport points.
- Wholesale fueling stations in the vehicle shop.
- Railway system with 2 bunkers and 2 selling points.
- 6 large forest areas.
- BGA (must purchase agricultural land that it sets for use)
- 2 wood selling points.
- Sheds placed around the map for storing goods or equipment.
- Field missions on the fields
- 5 fields with grass missions.
- Road traffic and pedestrians
- Very convenient layout.
- 4 fueling stations
- Water available in green water hoses.
- 63 agricultural lands
- Grass, bushes, and decorative foliage can be painted in landscape mode.
- A total of 12 trading stations, each with different prices.
- All animal pens are already set up on the map. (new farmer only)
- Good selection of starting machinery. (new farmer only)

Large main farm area with:
- 1 farmhouse with an additional garage
- 1 medium barn and 1 large barn
