Alpine Farming Expansion: FAQ

The developers of Farming Simulator 19 have answered many questions regarding the upcoming Alpine Farming Expansion update. The development of the update is in full swing. However, players have a large number of questions, which the developers have tried to answer.

It should be understood that the developers did not answer all questions, only the most frequently asked ones. According to them, they cannot answer some questions because they do not have precise answers yet. Over time, they will respond to all questions, but for now, here is the FAQ.

For which devices will the update be available?
Answer: For PC, Mac, PS4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia on November 12.

Will the new update be included in the Premium Edition?
Answer: Yes, Alpine Farming Expansion is included in the Premium Edition for PC and consoles.

Will the new update be included in the Season Pass?
Answer: Yes, all Season Pass holders for consoles will receive the new update.

Will there be a physical version of the new update in the form of a disc and box?
Answer: Yes, physical copies will be available. However, they will not be available in all countries. The list of countries where the physical version will be available: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.

How much will the new expansion cost?
Answer: Prices depend directly on the region. In regions using the euro, the price will be 19.99 euros. However, prices will vary in different regions.

What’s new in the Alpine Farming Expansion?
Answer: The new expansion will add many features: a new map, more than 30 new vehicles/machines, the ability to see house interiors from outside, new types of trees, and more.

Will the new map support the Seasons mod?
Answer: Yes, the developers are working to make the new map ready for Seasons right away. That means the map will support Seasons, adding a lot of realism.

How is the Rigitrac SKE 50 ELECTRIC charged?
Answer: It charges at a special charging station. A full charge takes about 10 minutes. The charge level can be checked on the display, where it is clearly shown.

Will new crops be added in the expansion?
Answer: No new crop types will be added with this expansion. The expansion focuses on animal husbandry and working with grass.

What design will the new map have?
Answer: Mainly, the new map will feature a hilly landscape.

How to transport the Aebi CC 66?
Answer: The Böckmann MH-AL 4320/35 will be used for transporting the Aebi CC 66 (it will also be added to the game with the new expansion). Manual transportation will no longer be required.
