Grain header with a 9-meter width for Torum 500-800 series combines and the RSM 161 combine.

Decided to add it because this header is not included with all combines.

The mod adds the Amur 680 forage harvester for Farming Simulator 2019. It is based on version 1.0.0.0, with a fix for the issue of the harvester getting stuck just about anywhere.

Also removed is the faulty auto-aiming of the unloading pipe (which often bent all the way up to the sky).
Now the Amur can easily operate even on quite uneven terrain.

- A total of 18 engine configurations. Speed range from 40 km/h in the existing 18 configurations up to 360 km/h for very large fields. The cost of the engine increases with each configuration.
- Combine harvester bunker capacity ranges from the standard 14 tons up to 350 tons inclusive in the existing 32 configurations. Each configuration is more expensive.
- This combine harvester is attached to 2 cedar carts, 2 grain cedars, 6 corn cedars.

Testing:

- Clean log file;

- Fully tested on the FS19 server with real players;
- New version of the combine harvester exclusively for the stmods community.
