Volvo EWR150E mod for FS 19.

Volvo ERW 150 E with fixed regulators.
Works well if you have at least a gamepad. Still cannot be used with KB and mouse due to too many overlapping default controls. Also IMPORTANT to always install the rear hitch when purchasing in the shop. Otherwise, it refuses to attach buckets. Don’t know how to fix this!

Changes:
- All controls are now standard crane controls, so you can use this with the current NP setup. Only the front blade is from the front loader control group (makes sense since it will be used as a bulldozer).
- Adjusted the front blade to have a greater lift angle (solves the problem of material leaving a trail when you drive backward. Also makes the blade much more versatile and easier to use).
- Changed driving speed (was too shaky, some too slow, some too fast. Remember, it feels best with at least a gamepad).
- Adjusted buckets (dump and grab angles were bad and hard to use, slightly larger capacity).
- Changed fuel consumption (slightly higher).
- Changed dirt and wear levels (were too low).
