The G220 was the second largest device in Eicher's "Combi" series and was built in the early 1960s. Thanks to its semi-frame construction with multiple mounting platforms, the G220 was versatile and could be used, for example, with a platform, front loader, drill, etc. The two-cylinder engine with 22 hp and 1700 cc "accelerated" the Eicher to 19 km/h. Thanks to the large steering angle, which was only possible due to the frame design, the G220 – despite its length – is a very maneuverable tractor, particularly suitable for small transport tasks.
