KrAZ-257 is a truck with a 6x4 wheel formula produced by the Soviet, and later Ukrainian, manufacturer KrAZ. It was manufactured from 1965 to 1995. The vehicle is primarily a civilian version of the much better-known KrAZ-255. Since 1977, the modernized model KrAZ-257B1 was produced. The KrAZ-257 is one of the most reliable Soviet trucks, easy to maintain and repair. Thanks to its excellent off-road capability, the vehicle was successfully used in the military, industry, and agriculture.
