Thanks to your support, I quickly realized my mistake.
The sections are open, but adding materials is still unavailable (we have not yet decided what to do with new mods).

After numerous requests from material authors, we have changed the principles regarding those who upload materials they do not own:

If the uploader is not the author of the mod, they must understand that this mod may not be published, and if it is published, it can be removed at any time without explanation (the reasons may vary, from the author's demands to decisions by regulatory authorities). Among other reasons, a mod may be removed so that the author can upload it themselves.
