There is a lot of dirt on the road to the garage, on the garage itself and at the loading point, the Xml file of the map is lost due to technical problems, and there is no way to fix it (and if there is, then tell me how).

To begin with, I advise you to explore the map, then make an algorithm for further actions and get to work.
