SnowRunner PTS Patch 15.3

Work on updates in the PTS continues. Here is another small patch with changes. Let's take a look at them.

New features:

Trailers are now packed the same way as trucks.
A flatbed tow truck platform has been added for a specific list of vehicles: Azov 4220 Antarctica, Azov 5319, Azov 64131, Azov 73210, Cat CT 680, Ford CLT 9000, Freightliner 114SD, Paystar 5070, Transtar 4070A, Pacific P12W, Voron Grad, WS 4964 White, Western Star 49x, KRS 58 Bandit, Pacific P512, Paystar 5600ts, Cat CT 681.
The same applies to the mobile flatbed tow truck platform for the following vehicles: Chevrolet Kodiak 70, GMC 9500, International Fleetstar F2070a, Royal BM17, Voron AE4380, Voron D53233, Tatra T813, HX 520.
