Reworked version of Azov5319 - Tempest. All stats are at max.

White Western Star 4964 - military version:

- Full permanent differential lock;
- Added high suspension;
- Changed some color schemes;
- Changed exhaust;
- Permanent AWD;
- Everything else is standard.

The real name of the truck is Hayes HDX. It has:

- 3 of its types of engine;
- 3 types of gearbox;
- 1 own type of suspension;
- 18 pairs of interchangeable wheels;
- 4 own types of winches;
- 1 own + 10 standard addons;
- Own wheels, bumpers and attachments;
- Own textures.

Registered standard trailers and semi-trailers.
