The effects of appearing within the radio channel radius were made by me, sounds were searched for across the internet.
Installation, follow the sequence from 01 to 21. Unpack the archive contents into a folder convenient for you.
Go to steam-settings-music-set the path to the folder you unpacked (doing this through Steam is more convenient: first, your in-game player will be free and you can listen to it; second, with the shift+tab combination you can quickly turn off the radio if you get tired of it without minimizing the game. In the game, press shift+tab to open the player, start from the first track, uncheck shuffle all.
