Fix for Freightliner Classic XL version 1.0 for American Truck Simulator (v1.37.x, 1.38.x)

The fix adapts Freightliner Classic XL for running on patch 1.37.x

Updated sound configuration for engines (FMOD)
Caterpillar - sound from Kenworth W900 SCS
Detroit Diesel - sound from Kenworth T680 SCS
Minor changes in the onboard computer
Window animation does not work!
Game version 1.37

Fix for KamAZ 54-64-65 Truck version 1.1 for Euro Truck Simulator 2 (v1.38.x)

- Fix for the Kamaz 54-64-65 truck to work on version 1.38.x
- Sounds converted to the new FMOD format
- Place the fix above the truck mod
