No Teleport version 1.0.1.0 for Farming Simulator 2022

- Added support for the Follow Me mod.
The mod disables fast travel / teleport in FS22, now you have to do everything yourself.

- Disabled the "Visit" function on the map and in the production menu;
- You can no longer move between vehicles via TAB.
