It consists of a truck remote control panel (Android tablet or smartphone) — the link to the Android app is in the description — and a remote truck server (a utility for Windows).

How to use
Attention: do not delete files from the TruckRemoteControl folder. This is important for the proper operation of the server.
Starting with remote control:
1 Install the vJoy utility on your computer by running vJoySetup.exe
2 Open Configure vJoy, set up the 1st virtual joystick as shown in the screenshot:
3 Copy the TruckRemoteServer folder to any location
4 Run TruckRemoteServer.exe
