Fictional map, but based on rural southern Louisiana. The map size is 4x. Very hot summer, mild winter, and frequent rains from time to time.

- Supports the Precision Farming DLC with a custom soil map;
- Brings 2 additional crops for your arable land: alfalfa, which has its own types of bales and is intended as a replacement for hay. The second crop is rice, which comes with custom textures;
- All basic types of in-game animals are supported on the map;
- Livestock farming is supported: cows, horses, etc.;
- The map features 5 separate farms with their own bunker systems and many other areas for expansion;
- There are 6 separate selling points covering everything from cereals, root crops, sugarcane, animals, chaff, liquid manure, milk to lumber.
