The very popular Emerald Coast USA map, widely used in FS 2017, is now available here for FS 19.

All objects have seasonal masks and have been edited for their functionality. Most foliage layers will not change color depending on the season, as is the case in this real-life area, and they remain green year-round, with only a few trees changing color. Snow never falls, although it gets cold during the deepest winter days. Thus, the lake freezes if the ground temperature drops below zero.

This is a highly detailed map using many different landscape objects and several custom textures to achieve visual realism, so a powerful high-performance PC will be required to run it.

Includes many new features from the 2019 game; most of the land is purchasable, including all fields and huge forest areas... as well as several forest patches around the map, even a couple of overgrown lots in the city neighborhood. There are transport missions, pallet cargo transport from one place to another, as well as field missions on most fields.

New feature:
Some mud will always be active, others will respond to soil moisture, so when it rains, and shortly after, this mud will be active. With seasons, the map terrain truly comes alive, with variable mud and full compatibility.

There is built-in GEO to simulate conditions!

A meticulously detailed map Midtown USA 2019 4x with full season support and many additional features. A flood script has been added to the map, allowing the water level in the lake to rise during rain, up to a flood stage if the rain is heavy enough. When the sun comes out, the water level will begin to drop back to normal.

New is flour production using the excellent GtX script, without the need to use GC or other production mods. First, you must buy a small plot of land next to the Midtown Flour Mill, then, during regular working hours, you can bring your wheat, barley, or oats and dump them in the landfill, which holds up to 50,000 liters of product. Then, as production progresses, pallets of flour will appear in front of the main building, up to 8 at a time. Pick them up and sell them at Valley Shipping for a great price.
