Follow Me version 1.8.2.39 Fix for Farming Simulator 2019 (v1.7x)

Did you ever need any vehicles to follow you? With "Follow Me" it's possible!

- Right CTRL + F - activate or deactivate following;
- Right CTRL + W or S - change the distance to the leader;
- Right CTRL + A or D - move to the right or left of the leader;
- Right Shift + F, W/S or A/D.
