Version 1.0.0.4 is, of course, no longer relevant. But maybe someone still uses this version of the game on a weak computer.
Closer to the mod
The mod adds pedestrians where it is relevant. Lighting at dark intersections. Pedestrians are active during daytime. Pedestrians are not added to all cities.
Attention: if I missed adding pedestrians or additional lighting somewhere, please write in the comments.

Tested on version 1.0.0.4, not tested on others; it will work on versions 1.1.1.1 up to 1.2
