MAN TGS 18.540 version 1.0.0 for Farming Simulator 2019 (v1.6.0.0)

In the in-game store, in addition to the original MAN TGS 18.500, the following changes are made:
- The engine is replaced with the top model in the lineup (diesel and DEF consumption accounted for)
- Engine sound replaced
- Fixed the issue with turn signal repeaters on the fenders
- LIZARD front rims replaced
- Added an electric socket for semi-trailers
- Added another set of mud tires
- Optionally added an air horn on the roof
- Added the official MAN color
- Added chrome color for the rims
- Fixed lighting behavior (when the rear work light was turned on, the front also lit up while the front lights were off; excessive instrument panel glow removed; when high beams are on, rear position lights now also illuminate)

Real Ground version 1.0 for Farming Simulator 2019 (v1.6.0.0)

Based on "Added Realism For Vehicles 1.2.0.0" by "900Hasse": the soil has gained "character," rolling resistance varies across different surface types, vehicles get stuck in mud, and there is now a reason to stick to roads and choose the appropriate tire type for a specific task. Wide tires, dual wheels, more axles, and tracks provide better off-road capability on soft ground. A key difference from the original "Added Realism For Vehicles" mod: highway tires allow for higher speeds on paved roads.

Changes compared to the original "Added Realism For Vehicles 1.2.0.0":
- The modification interferes with the original less radically — vehicle movement resistance is less aggressive than in the original "Added Realism For Vehicles," adding realism to the game without hindering gameplay;
- Added support for "Added Realism Dynamic Dirt" (only the version by author "OTK," filename: "FS19_puddles.zip"), available for optional download here;
- Only for the Russian-speaking region;
- Mod name changed;
- Created an icon matching the original game style, author "OTK";
- Tracked vehicles have smoother movement over uneven terrain, author "OTK";
- Fixed the tire slip friction coefficient calculation algorithm — added consideration of tire slip friction coefficient adjustments by "GIANTS Software" in vehicle configuration files. This was not accounted for in the original mod, which caused the Tatra 6x6 to get stuck in mud earlier than the Man 4x4. This was because only values from tire configuration files were considered, although some vehicles have their own specifics (for example, the "Ponsse Buffalo" with an 8x8 wheel formula and articulated frame should have a reduced coefficient for correct operation; otherwise, at full steering lock, this vehicle slows down significantly due to increased tire-ground friction). Because of this, "GIANTS Software" added individual adjustments of this coefficient for problematic vehicles, resulting in the coefficient being stored in two places but only one was considered. This is now fixed;
- Integrated the "Multiple Contracts" mod, allowing taking more than one contract at a time;
- Integrated a lightweight version of the "EnhancedVehicle" mod. Differentials and all-wheel drive were removed because the mod allowed driving on highways with locked differentials and all-wheel drive, but this did not affect vehicle wear or fuel consumption, which was unrealistic;
- The "EnhancedVehicle" user interface was rewritten. Now, at critical parameter values (such as additional equipment wear or remaining fuel), these values are highlighted in yellow or red, author "OTK";
- Engine braking force is adjusted so that when descending a slope under load, the vehicle accelerates realistically, increasing engine RPM;
- Braking force of all vehicles is reduced to give a sense of mass;
- Highway tires in "Added Realism For Vehicles 1.2.0.0" performed worst in mud; in the original mod version, this was not compensated. Now highway tires allow vehicles to reach higher maximum speeds (vehicle power remains unchanged, so this effect usually manifests only on flat surfaces with good pavement, unique script by author "OTK");
- Partially fixed the "Added Realism For Vehicles 1.2.0.0" issue with rear axle rattling on the "Horsch Transport Trailer" from FS19_horschPack.zip. Rear axle slipping remains unfixed; this is a game or "GIANTS Software" engine issue. It is recommended to use the version of the above-mentioned build with fixes by author "OTK"; the original build contains other errors that were also fixed, available for download here;
- Fixed the "Added Realism For Vehicles 1.2.0.0" bug where the "John Deere Series 9RX" from the "Bourgault DLC" was not processed;
- Reduced rocking of "TerraDos T4 40," "Panther 2," and "Tiger 6." "Panther 2" no longer resonates in fields;
- Resistance to movement on loose soil is now variable and depends on speed; the higher the speed, the greater the opposing force on loose soil;

TONAR 9540-0000011 version 1.0.0.1 for Farming Simulator 2019 (v1.6.0.0)

A real existing super-heavy grain semi-trailer with a 72-ton capacity "TONAR 9540-0000011". It allows transporting both grains and root crops. Requires an especially powerful tractor. Based on the work of authors: Weder.Deruz and kamazgt. The model has been brought up to the quality of the original. No log errors, no significant problems.

Change log version 1.0.0.1:

Custom rear lights replaced with lore lights from the shared folder. As a result:

- The issue where the visual lamp of the turn indicator stayed lit instead of blinking after activation (until it was turned off) has been fixed;
- The problem of missing bolt heads on the plastic cover textures of the lights has been fixed;
- The problem of rectangular outlines of the corona light flare effects on custom lights under bright sunlight has been fixed;
- The last critical log error that appeared only when the turn indicator was activated has been fixed: Error: 'turnLightRight' (turnLightRightShape) doesn't have all required vertex attributes for material 'corona_orange_mat';

Other changes:

- Both types of log errors (warning, error) are completely absent under any conditions;
- Missing light sources (turn indicators) have been added. Now there is illumination on the asphalt;
- Coordinates of existing light sources have been mathematically symmetrized;
- Light sources on the front trailer’s license plate frame have been removed, as there are no number plate illumination lamps there;
- Custom tires replaced with lore tires, since the former lacked deformation models under load and were obviously imported as-is from FS17;
- Added two road tire options and one offroad tire option to choose from;

Tire deformation configured depending on the mass of the transported cargo. As a result:

- The mismatch error between the visible wheel diameter and the game’s perceived diameter has been fixed (the wheel no longer sinks into the ground);
- X coordinates of wheel mounting points have been adjusted symmetrically;
- Trailer suspension reconfigured (Y coordinates of wheels, spring stiffness, shock absorbers, tire deformation depending on weight, speed, surface, etc.);
- 3D model of wheel rims rewritten, real holes added, texture seam removed;
- 3D model gap in brake drums removed;
- Chrome added to the rods of the main hydraulic cylinders;

Spare wheel rewritten and is now a separate object, not part of the trailer’s 3D model. This enabled the following:

- When selecting a different tire option for the main wheels, the spare tire changes accordingly (except for especially wide offroad tires). These require additional 3D adjustments, which were decided against to avoid over-perfection;
- Unrealistic mirroring (including tire inscriptions) of the right spare wheel removed;
- Nuts on suspended spare wheels removed, real holes added.

Other changes:

- Lateral resistance of front and rear wheel pairs radically reduced, lateral friction of the central wheel pair increased threefold, which greatly improved trailer handling at large steering angles and reduced unrealistic tractor tilting;
- Fixed the issue where front trailer parking supports sank into the ground; collision of front trailer parking supports replaced with those from the rear;
- Fixed a critical error where the 3D render of the front trailer did not display in the store showroom until at least one instance of this trailer was present on the game map (manifested after purchase, caused by collision of front trailer parking supports);
- Parking support height adjusted more accurately;
- Root crop unloading animation perfected;
- Drop-side animation rewritten; now grains and root crops do not spill through the texture, and drop-side angles align vertically at maximum bed tilt;
- License plate signs replaced with marketing versions; Ukrainian plates were inappropriate;
- Custom sounds removed and replaced with lore sounds from the shared folder for resource optimization; custom sounds were neither high quality nor practically meaningful;
- Store icons redone towards lore style (aspect ratio, scale, color, shadow, alpha channel);
- Mod icon redone towards lore style, lore background added;
- Author settings that caused trailer micro-icons in-game to overlap removed for convenience and to align with lore interface state;
- Trailer model names clarified;
- Mod text information corrected;
- Other languages removed, only Russian remains, because Russian is embedded in the code and translating to other languages requires a separate effort with text variables input;
- Mod code completely rewritten in lore style; grammatical errors removed from object names; object locations labeled according to ZX template (e.g., Rear Left or Middle Right);
- *.png files in text code replaced with *.dds, reflecting reality;
- Air consumption by brakes added;
- Attachment point coordinates reconfigured;
- Missing collisions added;
- Fixed the issue where cargo was visible in the corners of the depressions of the front trailer;
- Front trailer fifth wheel height adjusted. The visual fifth wheel replaced with a lower one. According to drawings, cargo compartments of front and rear trailers are not level but offset in height. Now everything matches;
- Outdated FS17 shaders replaced with current FS19 shaders. The trailer now shines in the light as a painted object should;
- Wear textures added.

Issues:

- Suspension part animations still do not work. Preparation has been done;
- The first axle is liftable in the original (so-called “lazy axle”), but this is not implemented in this model due to lack of game mechanics support for automatic axle lowering under load or wheel failure due to overload. Transporting 72 tons on two axles would look questionable;
- Coupling with other trailers may cause unpredictable consequences, which is not due to errors in this specific model but due to the size dimensions of other trailers and the game’s physics engine features. This also often occurs in lore.

DOLL Panther version 1.0.0.2 for Farming Simulator 2019 (v1.6.0.0)

Based on the works of the author The Expendables. Supports only the Russian language. Changes in 1.0.0.1:

- Prepared for translation into other languages;
- Created icons in the game style;
- Fixed a serious bug where, in the extended version, wheels would sink underground when turning;
- Adjusted various wheel turning angles for each length variant;
- Corrected the aspect ratio of all "Doll" logos to the proper one;
- Fixed front hoses (rear hoses-hydraulics remain inflexible);
- Added tags to include missing inscriptions in the shop;
- License plate replaced with a marketing plate (to match the game style);
- Removed modules responsible for auto-loading and winch (not present in the original game);
- Removed Notepad++ backups left by the mod authors;
- Removed other junk from XML (*.txt and others);
- Removed other junk from *.i3d;
- Configured plant crushing (different for both length variants);
- Fixed a serious bug (collision density configured) that caused the trailer to behave extremely unrealistically during maneuvers (tipping over), which could not be fixed by usual methods;
- Added suspension travel, making vehicle movement realistic and preventing carrying excessively large loads; the trailer tilts and tall loads (e.g., bales) stacked three high collapse;
- Fixed the position of the ramp hydraulic cylinder and its pin;
- Boards folded so as not to interfere with fastening straps (previously, the strap passed through the stack of boards when the cargo compartment was empty);
- Adjusted "Clip Distance".

Changes in 1.0.0.2:

- Additional suspension tuning;
- Parking support adjustment;
- Adaptation for use with "Real Ground", download here.

Coolamon Mother Bins 100T version 1.0.0.1 for Farming Simulator 2019 (v1.6.0.0)

It really exists and is one of the largest in the class of grain trailers with an auger conveyor. It allows transporting more than one hundred tons of grain.
Due to the use of an auger conveyor, it is not suitable for transporting root crops and lime.

Oversized! Can only unload into grain storage facilities with receivers located in open areas. In reality, it is more often used as a mobile grain storage.
Requires a tractor with colossal power! In reality, it is mostly towed empty.

Modified version by the author "JavierZzS".
Contains 3D model elements from "GIANTS Software".

Changelog 1.0.0.1:
- increased suspension travel (bones and brake drums do not move, but this decision was made because the view is more often from outside and it looks better overall. Making a fully functional suspension is very tedious, and even "GIANTS Software" do not always bother with it)
- fixed missing collision on the upper tank wall section behind the lid, the player no longer falls through the lid model into the body when walking on top of the tank.
- wheels replaced with lore, the original set was low quality, tires did not fit properly on the rim and could not be seated.
- since the rims are now in-game, the ability to change their color was added
- wheel turning angles changed to more realistic ones, outer and inner pairs turn at different angles because they describe different radii when maneuvering.
- tires rotated as they are mounted on the real trailer (reverse tread pattern), changes also affected the icons in the shop.
- drawbar replaced with lore (original was low quality, low polygon count, the issue of drawbar displacement under extreme loads remains unresolved, but similar flaws are found in original models as well)
- trailer light control key moved from front working lights to rear working lights
- plant crushing properly configured (for all three plant types, e.g. grass is crushed only by suspension, while corn is crushed across the full width of the tank)
- optimization, "Clip Distance" configured
- FS17 shaders replaced with FS19 shaders, improving the model’s appearance, paint gained reflections and "defects"
- wear textures added

Issues:
- hoses are still missing
- I am aware that there are larger capacity modifications of this trailer, such as 200T, but all available 3D models of these modifications have serious errors, so the only correctly modeled 100T modification was chosen for finalization (others have at least double tank lids). For some time there was hope to make at least a 150T, but during experiments with the "Real Ground" modification, even the powerful tracked tractors would sink into the ground due to the colossal weight of even the medium 150T, and the huge dimensions did not help maneuverability. The 100T was ultimately recognized as the golden mean between capacity and practicality.
