Minor Urban Overhaul
version 16.1 for American Truck Simulator (v1.49.x)
- Update for 1.49;
- Changes to decorations in California and Phoenix. This mod rebuilds the standard map, cities, and highways, adds detail to highways, increases the number of highway lanes, interchanges, and major urban areas, which are defined as the San Diego - Los Angeles corridor, the San Francisco Bay area, Sacramento, Reno, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Portland, and Seattle; etc. Traffic remains at the standard level.
Includes many changes
- I-5 expanded to 2x4 from San Diego north of Los Angeles (originally a mix of 2x2 and 2x3);
- I-5 narrowed to 2x2 from Sacramento to Redding (originally 2x3);
- US 101 expanded to 2x4 in the Bay Area and near Los Angeles (originally 2x2 and 2x3 respectively);
- I-580 (California) increased to 2x4 from the I-5 interchange to Richmond;
- I-80 expanded to 2x4 from Richmond to SR37 and to 2x3 to Sacramento (originally 2x2);
- CA-99 expanded to 2x3 near Bakersfield and to 2x4 in Bakersfield (originally 2x2);
- Major overhaul of billboards in California, including US-101 and I-5 south of San Francisco and I-15;
- Some very minor sign changes, mostly removing the ubiquitous "Carlsbad" signs;
- Areas near Los Angeles, the SF Bay area, and Sacramento are more "urbanized";
- Redesigned downtown Los Angeles.
Should be compatible with other map mods if you set them to a higher priority. Map DLCs are required.
