Glen Sheil Realistic Traffic Simulation version 1.3 for Assetto Corsa

- Added support for new roads.
A small modification adds traffic simulation for one of the most popular maps in Assetto Corsa - Glen Sheil. So far, only a small area of the map is affected, but over time there will be new updates covering various areas.
