This mod rebuilds and improves Romania from the Black Sea DLC.

- Added port 10 near Constanța;
- Added all green pillars on highways A2 and A4;
- Extended the end of highway A4 with another roundabout, which is connected to port 10 and an off-road path to Constanța;
- Connected highway A2 (Constanța-Bucharest) with A1 (Bucharest-Pitești) via a suspension road passing through the center of Bucharest to speed up the Constanța-Pitești route;
- Partially added the village of Clondiru (fully in version 2.0);
- Improved vegetation along the roads;
- Added the Timișoara-Reșița expressway;
- Enabled access to road 92, which was blocked by barriers;
- Expanded the capital Bucharest with several buildings and streets;
- Improved the A2-Bucharest exit;
- Added an express route connecting Constanța with the city of Ovidiu;
- Improved the Nădlac and Borș customs;
- Added details (parked cars, signs, etc.).
