Tuned AI cars version 1.5 for American Truck Simulator (v1.44.x)

- Adaptation to patch 1.44.x.
This mod adds tuned cars to the traffic. The mod has been completely redesigned to fix conflicts with traffic packs from Jazzycat and Traffic_maniac. Now the mod is compatible and tested with all packs from Jazzycat and Traffic_maniac.
