Tracks and saves player positions. Teleports the player back to the last location when the player starts the game again.

- When the player is in a vehicle, the mod calculates the exit point position from the vehicle and saves it;
- If the player has no position (landscape mode / placement mode), the last known position will be saved;
- Multiplayer is supported.
