Long Watch 2 Map version 0.1 for Spintires: MudRunner (v18.10.18)

On the map:
- 2 garages, 1 open (start)
- 8 sawmills
- 5 vehicles at the start (1 scout) and another 7 (auxiliary), unlocked during the game
- 3 gas stations
- 24 reconnaissance points
Map size: 1 by 2 km

The map features a variety of roads – there are swamps and mountains, fords, asphalt highways, and simple dirt roads with small villages. In general, I tried to diversify the terrain to the fullest! The roads are sometimes not very easy and prone to flipping loaded vehicles, and where you don’t flip, there’s a chance to get stuck in the mud (for default AM)! Not all roads are marked on the map, so look for a way through (it’s simple here). You start at a collective farm motor transport enterprise, but the main garage will be on the outskirts of the city *N*!

At the logging site, you can load the Skidder and pull the timber to the asphalt, or you can do it the standard way – load the trucks right at the logging site (whichever is more convenient for you).

I tested the entire map on a Kraz with 6 loading points and a Ural with 4 loading points – it’s passable everywhere, but you’ll have to haul the boiler around the map (don’t forget the possibility to refuel from the bridge, which saves time).

There are also lots of checkpoints that you’ll have to drive around with a loaded vehicle, but on the way back to the logging site, you can floor it – no problems there!

The map is designed for default vehicles, but if you want to relax, take modded trucks, and if you want a challenge, go default!

ATTENTION!
SpinTiresMod is required, lots of additional objects, the winch length tested is 14 meters, but sometimes it was a bit short – you’ll figure it out yourself!

Map "Scary Business" version 0.2 for Spintires: MudRunner (v22.03.19)

A challenging mountainous terrain with winding roads, but there are also swampy areas in the lowlands between the mountains. Pros: relatively quick return to the garage, cons: (damaged roads). Set the winch length as your conscience allows, and most importantly, don’t rush.

ATTENTION! The archive contains 2 versions of the map, with TTM bridges and without them. To play on the map with TTM bridges installed, you need vehicles such as KamAZ 5350 Mustang or Kraz-260/260V.

All of them are available on Steam and on this site (the bridge must be placed right before you plan to cross it with a log truck, otherwise there is a chance the bridge will disappear (reason unknown)).

The map also features a Skidder from the DLC-America, needed to haul logs from the cutting area to the clearing (climbing onto garages with trucks seems difficult for the default vehicles).

Tested with a Kraz with 6 load points and a Ural with 4 load points – passable everywhere but you’ll need to work with the winch!

On the map:
- 1 garage is closed
- 6 sawmills
- 2 fuel stations
- 2 manual loading points (1 vehicle for arcade)
- 13 scouting points

Vehicles include 4 replaceable ones + auxiliary equipment during gameplay.

Got tired of the sound of fuel sloshing in the tank? Install this micro mod!

Removes the sound of fuel splashing in tanks when zooming the camera in and out.

Installation:
Drop the file limited_fluid.wav into Media.zip/sounds/env - overwrite the existing one
It is recommended to save (make a backup of) the original limited_fluid.wav file.

White Canyon Map version 0.1 for Spintires: MudRunner (v10.06.19)

On the map:
- 1 garage (closed)
- 1 gas station (open)
- 5 sawmills
- 3 loading points
- Many scout points – the entire map is covered.

At the start:
- 3 trucks of your choice + an auxiliary one during the game
- 2 UAZ vehicles (open the garage)
- 1 K-700 (like a tractor, just in case)
- 1 ZIL 131
- Ural (fuel tanker)
- MAZ (as an autonomous vehicle)
- MAZ (loader)

The map was made for hard mode; on default with mods, it will be easy (decide for yourself what to play on).

The roads are difficult in places. There is a chance to tip over with cargo, so look for passable routes since roads are not marked everywhere. There is only 1 gas station, and you will have to carry fuel around.

I completed the map myself on a default KrAZ with 6-wheel drive to each sawmill and a default Ural with 4-wheel drive to each sawmill.

The garage is opened by UAZ vehicles; look for trailers with mountain parts.

Long Watch 3 Map version 0.1 for Spintires: MudRunner (v10.06.19)

Map "Long Watch 3". Map size: 2x2 km. Attention! STmod is required to complete the map!

The map turned out to be quite challenging and lengthy: muddy roads, mountain switchbacks, fords, swamps, forest and field roads. There are also small towns with sawmills. There are places where there are no roads at all, and you will need to find your way (not difficult). Sometimes roads will disappear. Look for passages to the sawmills. Building bridges is required on the way to several sawmills. The TIMBER material will be available at any nearby sawmill (but this is not guaranteed).

First, reconnaissance. This part is simple. Recon points are not hidden, almost all are near roads, so I don’t recommend rushing in blindly. For map reconnaissance, I recommend not taking small vehicles. There are places where you will sink or be washed downstream. The exception is the Blazer, which is on the map (just don’t crash it on asphalt). As usual (on my maps), the return trip from the sawmill to loading is relatively fast. We go back on a normal road (pedal to the metal).

The map features logging, with a K-700 and Skidder (dls amerika). We haul the timber to the cliff, drop it off the cliff, and load it.

On the map:

- 4 trucks at the start (replaceable) + 9 auxiliary vehicles unlocked during gameplay;
- 6 (or 8) sawmills;
- 4 gas stations;
- 2 loading docks, 1 location for auto-loading (arcade);
- 45 reconnaissance points;
- 1 garage (locked).

The map was made for default vehicles, but not for mono-drive. I tested the map’s playability on a Kraz with 6 loading points and a Ural with 4 loading points. In general, I completed it myself; patience and good luck to solo players!

Note on bridges:

For building bridges and transporting timber for the bridge, it’s better to use an autonomous platform (vehicles with it are already on the map). After building the bridge, place the vehicle on the bank where you took the timber. Just in case. Enjoy the game!

Square 21 Map version 0.1 for Spintires: MudRunner (v10.06.19)

Map "Square 21". I named it that because it's my 21st. It's a working title, might change it. About the map:

The terrain is mountainous. At the foot of the mountains are overgrown swamps, and a river winds between the mountains; you'll have to haul wood through such places. The work isn't dusty, but it's a bit dirty and sometimes tense. You can't drive with wood on all the roads, so you'll have to find another way, but you'll manage. There are some directional "arrows" here and there that will help a bit.

First, explore the entire map, then open the garage. The map can be completed on default settings (I dragged 255 on 6 wheels everywhere), the winch is used fairly, but 14 m was enough for me, I didn't add extra fuel. On the map:

- 1 garage (closed);
- 12 exploration points;
- 2 gas stations;
- 1 manual loading point and 1 arcade loading point;
- At the start, 4 AM + 4 auxiliary vehicles.

Long Watch 4 Map version 0.1 for Spintires: MudRunner (v07.08.19)

Map size: 2x2 km. Attention! STmod is required to play this map!

The map features diverse terrain, including mountain switchbacks, swamps, dirt roads, and some off-road and ford driving. The "map" was made for default but not mono (but everyone can choose as they wish, no judgment), and the winch is realistic.

Loading access is quick via asphalt, while exits on dirt roads or to some sawmills require finding off-road paths. Fuel is scarce, so you’ll need to carry some around. Good luck and enjoy the game!

I recommend scouting the map first; it will be easier to find the way to the sawmill afterward.

The map includes partial skidding to 2 sawmills, with a K-700 and a Skidder (dls amerika). We haul the timber to a cliff, drop it off the cliff, and then load it.

On the map:
- 4 trucks at the start (replaceable) + 11 auxiliary vehicles unlocked during gameplay;
- 6 sawmills;
- 3 gas stations;
- 1 loading goat, 2 locations for auto-loading (arcade);
- 48 scouting points;
- 1 garage (locked).

Map playability was tested on a Kraz with 6 loading points and a Ural with 4 loading points.
