Installation:
Unpack the archive into any folder
Place l10n_ru.xml into the FS19_Kernstadt\languages folder
Place maps_fillTypes.xml into the FS19_Kernstadt\maps folder

Additionally:
The FS19_InfoMenu.zip mod adds labels under the product icons in the shop
The PV19_LizardAutoloader.zip mod can be used to transport pallets of boards
