Good day, the archive at the link contains a folder and a text document with these instructions. If you want to see the St. Petersburg regions in the game, place the folder from the archive at the following path: your drive:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\City Car Driving\data\config\licenseplates. Remove the old folder with the same name from there. The mod also adds special bots with license plates е777кх.
