A small off-road location designed for buggies and high-mobility vehicles.

Version 3 for BeamNG.drive (v0.36.x):

- Improved AI support, over 30km of new roads for AI;
- Adaptation for 0.36.x;
- New challenges;
- Some roads and locations reworked.
